I'm Mike Andrews. I've been an Electrical Design Engineer since 1974 and a Consultant with Andrews & Associates Engineering, Inc. since its formation in 1989. Incorporated in 1990.

My personal skills include worst-case design and analyses of digital hardware, analog measurement and interfacing, power supplies using TI and Linear Technology tools, and embedded software. I have extensive design experience with a wide variety of FPGAs, microcontrollers, and microprocessors from the very little to the very large, as well as low-power, protable products.
I design embedded software and firmware in C, and FPGA logic in VHDL.


Working in research, commercial and industrial product design, and the design and development of medical and satellite control and monitoring systems, I've worn many hats. As a result I have a thorough understanding of the skills needed to successfully accomplish a project, as well of how to best coordinate the people needed to accomplish your product goals.

I can bring in talented Specialists in various fields on an as-needed basis.
